I previously had T-Mobile Pay in Advance (Prepaid) service and had set up AutoPay for the monthly fees. I just ported a prepaid phone number to Google Fi, and the service is working on the new Google Fi SIM and Phone. Since I can no longer get into my account, how can I verify that the AutoPay has been cancelled?

All AutoPay changes require account verification, so to ensure that AutoPay is cancelled, you would Contact Us to have the billing information removed from your account.
