Gosh, that is not an ideal situation at all. I took a look at the coverage in the area everything should be working perfectly there. Obviously, it's not or you wouldn't have taken the time to make us aware of the issue. Is this only while you're inside the building? If you step outside of your work building, does the coverage improve or stay the same? How far from that address do you have to travel to get signal? I truly do want to look into this for you. In the end, it may come down to contacting our Tech Support team to file a ticket for you.
