How to sim unlock my iPhone when customer service didn't?


    Hey guys, recently bought an iPhone 6s Plus that's locked to the T-Mobile network, that I planned on using on straight talk. I called customer support, but there was a rather obvious language barrier, so it took me a while to relay what I was trying to get across. After some time, I was told that I would have the email within 3 days. I'm on day 5, still with no email, dreading the thought of having to make another phone call. I also can't use live chat unless I have a T-Mobile phone number, and there's no contact email... so I'm a little put out. I need this phone unlocked soon! Thanks to anyone who can help
