What is T-Mobile's current policy regarding billing for calls that go unanswered or are rejected while roaming internationally?  SPAM callers have found my cell number and I now get several unwanted calls per week from people wanting to sell me something I don't need. I normally just ignore any call from a number I don't recognize and add that number to the phone's reject list (for what little good it does).

I used to be that an unanswered or rejected international call was charged twice, once for the trip to your phone and again for the trip back to the voicemail system. This is why I used to have DCF turned off, when that was still possible. I'm wondering if customers are still charged for calls that go unanswered or are rejected when roaming abroad?
