I have recently ported my number to another provider and my account is no longer active. I want to check my last bill and remove my credit card information from my account, but It does not allow my to log in to my t-mobile account. I also called the customer service and they said that they will not send me a paper copy of my last bill. Is there a way that I can get access to my t-mobile account?
After your account is ported/cancelled, there is no online access. You will have to call customer care with any questions you might have.
