    trying to suspend my line but currently don't have a working phone... over seas in japan

        Hey there Does your phone have service out there in Japan? If so, you can call dial the plus sign + followed by 1-505-998-3793 from your phone and we won't charge you for this call. If you do not have service on your phone, you can still call that same number from a landline (long-distance fees may apply), dial the International Direct Dialing (IDD) prefix for the country you're in, followed by 1-505-998-3793.
