    I got my syncup drive yesterday and successfully linked it to the mobile app. But this morning, the app did not receive any new data from the device. Both LED lights are green, but no new data still. I read a reddit thread from 3 months ago that the servers were down, but I'm assuming that got fixed by now. Any thoughts on how to fix?

     

    I've tried resetting and nothing happened.

     

    Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.
