I have terrible signal while in my work building ( there is no wifi)  and terrible call quality while on the road. I recently switched from Sprint but never had this problem with them. :(


    We recently switched to TMobile because the "Signal" was supposed to be as good as the rest at a better price. But now my dad who works in a factory building has no cell phone signal while working to access the internet or even make a call. My mom who does sales and is on the road 90% of the time has had complains from clients that they cant hear her or that her voice goes in and out.  I also don't get signal in my work building but luckily I have access to WiFi to enhance my connect, they aren't as lucky. Honestly starting to regret moving over just to save a few bucks if this is the normal standard for service.Is there anything they can do to correct their issues?
