I am activatino a mobile internet sim kit in iPad thru tmobile cellular data screen, but get an error, account you selected is not associated won't let me activate the sim.......I already hv a ph & another iPad on the one plan....what is wrong, how do I fix the issue, tried multiple times, but same error


    in the add new line screen, in iPad general settings, after login, I made sure it's my account number which is listed...& account number is correct
