Is there a way of knowing if an original app on Android phone should be updated when a notification comes in?

        Hello bud1!

Your Android mobile device does most likely come with Manufacturer or T-Mobile injected applications that are available to use when you first purchase your phone. Of course- this does not apply to Manufacturer bought devices which may just be vanilla Android OS. In most cases, your applications will be registered on the Google Play application, which will manage the updates for your device (excluding OS updates which are managed through the settings). Please see below.

        Update Android Applications...(source)

        • Open the Google Play Store app
        • Tap Menu Menu
        • Tap My apps & games
        • Apps with an update available updates are labeled Update.
          • Tap Update All to update all apps. For individual apps, find the specific app you want to update and tap Update.

You can also disable some applications that you do not use.
