Hello purchased this fone from best buy Feb2006 and used it with my Ultra service. I am no longer with Ultra and contacting tmobile requires a valid fone/account. I am away from the States and need to unlock it from tmobile network.
How can I contact Tmobile as you can only initiate a contact if you have a valid account with tmobile?
Feb 2016 was the purchase date.
Hey quadp! T-Mobile can only unlock branded equipment for current or former customers, eligible per these requirements. I am super confused about how your phone wound up locked, because it seems that in order to use a phone with Ultra, it would need to be unlocked originally! My best suggestion here would be to contact them and see what course of action can be taken. I wish we could offer more assistance here!
