Can't take advantage of the free line promotion?




    I've just got of the phone with a TMobile rep trying to get a free line.


    When she was trying to complete the order she got a error, also my CC was charged and refunded, she checked with the supervisor and said that the problem is because I have digits on my account and I would need to go to a TMobile store, which is impossible because it's very far and I don't have a car and the promotion expires soon.


    I'd appreciate any help or advice.
