A text Alert from T-Mobile  at 10:26 am today shows "My payment is past due" My plan is "Inactive" make pyt to get service working again. I am up to date on my payments  and my phone is not "Inactive" and it is working correctly.. I do not understand why I got this Alert? How can T-M show "Not Working" "Inactive" when I have been using it..? And my payments are all made sucessfully through AutoPay
