Visual Voicemail not working on paired phone

    When I first tried  to set up Visual Voicemail on paired phone,  it complained about needing me to contact account owner.  Then today it sent me a message it was set up now and showed some earlier voicemails,  but would not show any new ones (would not refresh). 

    I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and rebooted phone.  Now I'm back to it complaining about needing to contact account owner. 

    Phone does Visual Voicemail fine with it's old SIM card.   As near as I can tell everything else is working well.  Ideas?  Should I just wait to see if Tmobile  catches it?
