Hey cdinan23! I'm so sorry to read this, and sorry you were left hanging here. Honestly, if the master reset using the hardware keys doesn't make an impact, then it's probably time we take a look at exchanging the equipment through the warranty. Have you had a chance to Contact Us or stop by a local store to discuss exchanging the device? Hopefully you've already got a new phone in your hands or on the way...

If you call or take it to a t-mobile store they will replace the device. Mine did the same thing THREE TIMES. Mine happened the day before my wedding!! Convenient right? This last replacement only lasted 1 week before it went into the bootloop again. But they'll only replace it with another V10 though I'm on my 3rd one (soon to be fourth).
