    For the past month and a half, my S7 edge has had a vertical pink line going through it.

    My wife actually had the same exact issue in the same exact place, and it was replaced under warranty, now i'm being given a hard time, with an associate stating that "95 to 98 percent of the time, it's hardware" but still wanting to do a master reset on my phone, possibly losing app information in the process. I've seen on some other forums that this is a known issue and even offers a way to verify it, by pressing on the speaker port on the top of the phone, near the Samsung logo. I just want to know if anyone here has experienced this and if they were given as much trouble as I was when they reported it. I'm paying for Warranty/Insurance through JUMP, so not sure why they won't give me the benefit of the doubt, especially since my wife went through the same thing.
