I'm sorry for the confusion - you're definitely following the correct steps, but unfortunately outgoing Caller ID isn't included in a Pay-As-You-Go plan, so the option won't be there with this account type. With this plan, your outgoing Caller ID should appear as T-Mobile Wireless or Wireless Caller. Is this what folks are seeing when you call them?
It (profile) does not show on my plan either; my plan is NOT pay-as-you-go.
