Why do I have to pay $500 down for iPhone 7 when I been paying jump for two years?

        Did you pay all on time during a 12 month cycle?

         

        Do you already have an EIP?

         

        Which Jump do you have?

        Original jump jump twice a year?

        Jump! 2 pay 50% then can switch to any device with the down payment?

         

        How many jumps did you already do?

         

        Need more information.

         

        My guess is you are on Jump! 2 and you have not hit the 50% mark and also you are picking a device that has a down payment.

            I have a EIP! I have a $58.00 balance left. That's well over the 50% mark. I was trying to jump to iPhone 7. I never used jump.
