I used the HOLIDAYBOGO promotion back in December to get two S7 Edge phones.
Just today, I went online to check on status of the rebate, and it says "denied" with any explanation.
I tried calling support, and first spent an hour talking to a woman than seemed completely clueless, and kept insisting that I had to call Samsung. I then hung up and called again. This time, a different woman said I needed to be transferred to rebates help line. So, she transferred me, and after 20 minutes on hold it just disconnected.
What do I do know? Does anyone know how to contact them directly?
