That service has a fair amount of negative reviews with the BBB. The most common complaint is that it may take 8-16 days for payments to be processed by them and paid to the recipient of the payment. They can only be reached via email. You may have to wait a week or 2 before you see the cleared payment. Is this a prepaid or postpaid T-Mobile account? If postpaid, you will likely see a late fee, if prepaid, you should go down to a T-Mobile store and make a payment to turn service back on.
Hey amigdula1, are you still waiting for your payment to post to your account? Internally, we don't have information on these types of third party bill payment systems - frankly I think that's likely because there are so many. Since Support is a user forum, moderators here can't take a peek at your account and see if your payment's logged on our side yet - do you see any updates on MyT-Mobile or the app? When you provided your payment to them, is it possible that your account number was entered incorrectly? I certainly hope it won't take as long as snn_555 mentioned from the research he did!
