Calling #999# results in an error message saying session timed out. This has been happening since Saturday, 2/4/17. I'm in the Twin Cities, MN area and have a pay as you go legacy account. Is #999# down?
Just checked #999# and it worked this time. I had been checking everyday since Saturday. All is good.
