BUG: Primary Phone not ringing

    I have the following setup:

     

    Samsung S7

    Hooked up with:

    • Primary phone number
    • Virtual phone number
    • Home (LineLink) phone number

     

    Samsung Tab E:

    Hooked up with:

    • Primary phone number
    • Virtual phone number
    • Home (LineLink) phone number

     

    Samsung S2 (Watch):

    Hooked up with:

    • Primary phone number

     

    Issue:

    Sometimes (but not always) when somebody calls my Primary phone number:

    • My S2 watch rings
    • My Tab E rings
    • My S7 (Primary phone) does NOT ring.

     

    I have noticed this happen about 3 or 4 times over the last week or so. It may have been more, because frequently I use the S2 to answer the phone and leave my S7 in my pocket.

        Thanks for reporting the issue.  I suspect it's related to the use of LineLink.  At the moment, we're still working to get LineLink to be fully supported with DIGITS.  We will have a release later in the month that allows for full support and will require our special care to upgrade your LineLink rateplan to the new plan.  We will post out into the forum when it's time to upgrade and use LineLink fully with DIGITS.

         

        For the time being, I'd suggest not to utilize LineLink in this manner as it may cause your phones not to ring.
