I'm experiencing sync issues with the Mac client: At some point, it stops syncing with my DIGITS phone and no longer updates messages, incoming or outgoing from my DIGITS phone. After some time, it begins again, but doesn't update the messages it missed, unless I log out of the app and log in again.
Thanks for letting us know about the issue. We've seen this one happening lately in that the client is actually going partially offline yet not giving an indication that it's offline. this is why you need to log out and back in again. We're working with the team to get this fixed since it should stay online.
