I would like to change my 65$ plan ($50 Simply Prepaid (5GB 4G LTE) WC & North America Stateside International Talk with mobile - $15) to the plan "Pay as you Go" 3$ plan as soon as possible.
My account balance is of 22$. Do I have to pay an extra 43$ in order to be able to change plans even if I didn't use my cellphone for the last month, or can I do it without paying? If it is possible, how can I do it as fast as possible?

Thanks for all of the details. Yes, you'll have to have a credit balance on your account to cover the full cost of the monthly plan even if you didn't use your phone this past month. You can change your plan by logging into your My T-Mobile account,by calling Customer Care or working with T-Force via social media. All of the contact info for those teams can be found here.
