That phone was not sold by t mobile so i do not think there is anyway to get it working on your device.
Hey there srerecich. I'm sorry to say that since this device doesn't have software that's customized for T-Mobile, it won't be able to utilize Wi-Fi calling on our network. It's a bummer, because that can definitely alleviate issues when you're having problems with in-building coverage. We'd love to help sort out what's going on at home - how many bars do you have, and how many did you have previously? Have you had a chance to reach out to our technical support team and file a service inquiry yet? Are there any other folks with T-Mobile service in your home, and if so, are they also experiencing issues?
