Hiya joshjay!  General wear and tear doesn't necessarily disqualify a device from the trade-in program, but your safest bet for a firm answer is to take the phone in to your local store so that we can look at it in person.  We wouldn't want you to go to all the trouble of creating and accepting a trade-in offer, printing your label, and shipping this phone, only to have to request it's return during an evaluation window!  I hope you get good news in the store!
