iOS DIGITS APP LINE ACTIVATION - "Provisioning error, please contact T-Mobile support."

    Occasionally when I activate a line I get the following error:  "provisioning error, please contact T-Mobile support."

     

    The only workaround I have found is to logout of DIGITS app and re-login, then try and to activate the line again.  Sometimes it take multiple logouts before I can successfully activate a line.
