Starting about two months ago, I began to have problems with Data Access. My office is near 3rd and Folsom in the SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco. I was able to get a 4G LTE signal consistently up to about three months ago and now I am lucky to get any signal at all. I am paying for data and hotspot service and I can no longer use them.
Is there a T-Mobile website or phone number I can report service problems to?
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the service. The best way to report something like this is to Contact Us and have a Tech Care specialist put in a Service Complaint. That'll get our field techs involved to check out what's going on and make sure everything's working properly.
