Typically, as long as they're in stock or within a reasonable backorder timeline, Assurant or Asurion will replace your device with the same make and model. If you have JUMP!, depending on how far you are into your current EIP or how long it's been since you last JUMP!ed, you may actually be able to simply pay your deductible in the store and upgrade to a totally different phone, if that's what you were looking for. Have you already contacted the insurance agency to start your claims process? How is everything going?
