Hello! If you'd like to activate service with T-Mobile we'd be happy to have you! The SIM number should be on the punch card you originally popped it out of, so you'd simply locate that and Contact Us. In order to unlock your phone for use with other carriers, you would need to be a current or former T-Mobile customer in good standing, and meet the eligibility requirements for purchase and usage outlined here: Unlock your mobile wireless device. Thank you!
Thanks for answering
I asked my question in Spanish but I see that they only use English
Then it's no problem for me.
I have a little knowledge
I do not live in the united states
This phone was a gift from my aunt
I had a lot of time left
The unlock service in my country is very expensive
I want to tell you that,
I do not have any sim card from the phone is lost
I do not have the original sim card
I would like to be supported please
You would need your aunt to request the unlock if she bought it and she would have had to use it on T-Mobile for a short time.
Thanks for the reply
Really, my phone is old
I have never used it and it seems this is difficult
Talking to my aunt asked her about that phone
She really does not remember about this phone anymore
So I think I can not unlock my phone.
The phone does not have any problem
The problem is, I do not live in the United States.
And my aunt does not really remember
It was a gift from long ago ...
I think there's nothing to do
You won't be able to get it unlocked through them but you can probably buy an unlock code online somewhere.
Thank you so much...
I am very grateful
