We offer Payment Arrangements because we understand that sometimes you may need a little more time to settle your balance - but it's true that since Smartphone Equality requires twelve consecutive on-time payments, a Payment Arrangement will reset the clock. This is a terrible way to find out. We definitely should be encouraging any customer intending to use $0 Down For All to simply enroll in Automatic Payments to be as safe as possible. I wish I had better news for you, but at this time we don't have an exception process. Just trying to think of anything I can to help you out here so that you don't have to leave - I haven't used it myself, but I do know that Apple has their own financing program - have you looked into that, by any chance?
