-Have you refilled your account since starting it back in August? If so, do you know if there's a remaining balance? You can check your account balance at my.t-mobile.com.
If you refilled your account there is a monthly $3 fee deducted for the standard Pay As You Go account. If you didn't have a balance available for the money to be deducted from then you have 90 days until your account is deactivated. If your account is deactivated a new SIM will be needed when you get back to the U.S.
