My line does have insurance, but I purchased the device on one of my other lines on account that currently does not have insurance. I've lost my phone (still within 90 days)now and not 100% sure if it's covered or not? plz help
It's complicated. It covers the device on the line as long as the device is purchased new from the carrier (carrier branded) or sold from the carrier.
Switching to an older device or used device will not be covered by insurance.
