I'm wondering whether I'm the only customer that T-mobile secretly keeps charging monthly fee for a free Trade-in program iphone during promotion in Oct 2016.
I brought the phone to T-mobile store and got them verified and shipped it to Tmobile. But they still secretly charge monthly fee. I have just given them a call today and the representative at first said that there was no record of trade in.
Luckily, I saved all the documents and took pictures of everything from the phone to shipping to the receipt etc.
When I told her the order number, the IMEI number, the date etc ... then she said sorry. She would transfer my case to the solution center.
I told them that I have been dealing with this matter over and over. If they cant solve it, I will have to bring all the proofs to the court.
I am sorry to hear that you trade-in promotion is not going as smoothly as it should I wanted to check in with you to see if you have heard anything from the Solution Center in regards to this?
