Hey rebelqercia! Good question - it sounds like you're seeing an error message when you visit the Unlock App on your phone, which can happen for a few reasons. If you haven't unlocked your phone previously, have you double checked the requirements to make sure you're eligible to Unlock your mobile wireless device? Are you selecting a temporary or permanent unlock?

I would like to unlock my Galaxy Tab A 8.0 lte tablet that I purchased from T-Mobley last year but it doesn't have the device unlock apk pre-installed and the one in the play store says that it's no compatible with my device

Hi shadie21! The unlock app is only functional on certain devices - your tablet can be unlocked, but you'd actually need to file a request to get a code to complete the unlock process for the Galaxy Tab A. All you need to do is take a peek at the eligibility requirements to Unlock your mobile wireless device and then Contact Us to request the code!
