Multiple requests to cancel DIGITS


    I followed the instructions on this page T-Mobile DIGITS | Unsubscribe for Public Beta. Called that number several times during the last few weeks. The person on the phone always tells you that your request has been submitted, and to wait 2-3 days, but nothing happens.

    After several attempts my account is still on DIGITS and this is affecting my ability to send international text messages. Texts stopped working the day I enrolled in this BETA. Can someone help me?
