Sorry that this is a pain in the neck, and it shouldn't be an issue. One of the forum moderators will reach out to you to collect some information so we can figure out why it's not working for you. In particular they'll need to know your number and phone model and the shortcode that the bank normally sends from. In addition we will likely want a recent time stamp of when you believe that they should have sent this (and/or we may need to reach out to get a live trace on the network) This way we can get a bug entered in to figure out what is happening.
