I've been trying to manage permissions and webguard for my account which I opened a week back. I went online and your site says to dl login, access profile, and then other instructions based on permissions and webguard. However, when I log in it tells me to 'Check out the mobile internet management site.' When I do so it doesn't give me almost any options to modify my profile and certainly doesn't allow permissions or webguard access.
When I've tried to get live service I end up being told it wasn't authenticated and that I need to re login... (which of course does nothing).
Well that is no good at all! Is the line that you are trying to manage a hotspot device or a tablet of some sort? If so, are you attempting to log into the my.t-mobile.com account using the number that is set as the primary account holder?
