Sim not received


    Signed up to add a second phone with same number and received a couple of texts that the number was provisioned, line added, and number cloned. I then got an email that a sim had been shipped (January 8). Still have not received it.

        I'm definitely glad you signed up to be a beta tester for our Digits program, though I'm also sorry you haven't received your SIM as of yet. That's rather concerning. If you would, please reach out to our beta team 1-844-889-5651 from 3:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. PST to make sure it did get sent and to the correct address!
