I don't know my PIN and you never let me pay my bill nor set up an autopay.  Can we fix this?


    Customer service with T-Mobile is absolutely terrible.  Every single month, it takes multiple phone calls to pay my bill and you ask more and more questions each time my mom or I calls to pay it.  You never let us set up an autopay and I never knew my PIN and I've never been able to recover it.


    Please help me end the multiple phone calls to pay one $30 bill.
