secondary line not showing on DIGITS app or web client

    Hi Tmobile folks!!

     

    When I signed up for DIGITS, I requested to be able to use the line across multiple devices and also have another line. Another DID was provided to me, but it does not show on the app or web client to be able to activate it. Am I missing a critical step to get it activated? Calling the number also does nothing.
