The insurance agencies' stock and T-Mobile's inventory are not the same, so even if a device is out of stock on our site, Assurant or Asurion may very well still have one to provide. If they're out of stock as well, they should offer something comparable in price point, operating system, and features. If you reach out to the insurance agency over the phone to file your claim the representative you speak with should be able to let you know what to expect!
