"DISCONNECTED" Issue happening in Windows Desktop Client


    I'm having the same "Disconnected" issue in the Windows client that I had in the web client. I am using Windows 10 in a Virtual Machine. This VM has full internet access. (I couldn't get it working on my host machine because it requires administrator rights to install, and U.S. Government employees can't install anything that isn't on an approved list).


    I also encountered an error while installing the program the first time, but I figure I'll save that for a separate thread.
