We launched a downloadable client for Windows and Macs. There's a link on the main page when you initially login. If you can try that, let us know if it works.
Awesome!! I'm glad I read this, downloading now!
Edit: meh, its just a portal to the website with some settings for the hardware built in, I guess it's nice I dont have to keep the tab pinned in chrome anymore though. I'll see how it fairs with the disconnect issue.
Can you be more clear about "main page".
- When I go to https://wrc.t-mobile.com/wrcpro/app it shows a bunch of garbage, then redirects me to https://wrc.t-mobile.com/wrcpro/register which doesn't seem to have the link.
- If I click "Keep me logged" in and register (for the ump-teenth time) it takes me to https://wrc.t-mobile.com/wrcpro/app, but I don't see the link there either.
- If I go to https:/www.t-mobile.com/DIGITS I don't see the link.
- If, from the previous, I select "Use DIGITS on your computer", it talks about the web app, but I don't see the link.
So, where exactly is the link?
You have to go to https://wrc.t-mobile.com/wrcpro, BUT you have to make sure you have been logged out of T-Mobile.
Or, even easier, launch an incognito window and go to that address.
If the browser has your creds, it will automatically log you in. As such, the login screen is skipped, and you won't see the link.
Hey T-Mobile folks, add a link on Use DIGITS on your computer
Doesn't matter anyhow, it doesn't work. At least not on my system so far...
(To be continued in another thread)
I try to use the Windows app and I log in and get this message even though I'm registered and having been using Digits for a while now. I can access from the web browser btw:

Just read Unable to connect behind firewall - web client or download client which has additional details.
In Brief, it appears the client is trying to connect via a port that is commonly blocked in work environments (3030)
That would make sense, since this is clearly a network issue and not something that can be fixed by "clearing your cache" or using a different browser.
