Hey there lilmomma040! This is definitely unexpected - if data is provisioned for your line to allow the hotspot to work, then you should definitely be able to use data on the tablet itself. Likewise, if you have sufficient signal to use the hotspot feature, then it doesn't seem like this could be a network problem. Are there any settings on your tablet that could have been toggled to turn off data in error? Are you seeing the error message you mentioned when you access the browser on the tablet, or just when you try to pull up apps? We definitely want to help you get to the bottom of this!
