Why can't I sign into your T-Mobile site anymore?


    I've been using this site for over a year now and the last two months I've had to change my password because I'm being told it isn't correct, I have to go thru a painstaking process to reset my password and STILL I cannot sign in, Chat won't work, messaging to you guys on my phone does not work, you send me a text to call #233 then #183 but I get a recording saying you can't take my phone call, I text you back asking you to call me - maybe I should find another carrier that wants my money?
