line names inconsistent

    Digits support:

    When I first start up the android digits app the line names in the app match the names in https://mydigits.t-mobile.com/consumer/#/lines as well as my account. These names don't match what they are called on my Samsung Galaxy S7. However once I activate a line inside the Digits app then the name switches from the name used online to the name on my Galaxy S7.

        Thank you again for letting us know about the issues you are experiencing. When it comes to this one, I did confirm the name should sync across all of them. In our testing here, if we change it online, sign out of the app/S7, and then sign back in, the name change online does sync down. However, changing the name on an S7 or the app does not appear to have the same effect. As such, we do want to report this. I'll have one of our partners reach out via a personal message to get your information.
