Phone Not starting


    Hello Folks;


    I am one of the members of the Galaxy Beta Program and I have been enjoying the Android 7 Nougat on my Galaxy S7 Edge. However I have installed latest update last night and now my phone doesn't initialize. It hangs on when it shows TMOBILE and it stays like that. How can I recover my phone.


    I have already tried to connect it via SmartSwitch but it says your phone is connecting and nothing happens. So do I have to install OS with Odin? Is this the only way to recover my phone?

        Hey there! Congrats on getting to test out the BETA! From my understanding the beta testing has ended and your phone should have been updated to go back to 6.0.1/Baseband version G930TUVU4APK1. If you are not able to get the phone to be seen via SmartSwitch, you may want to reach out to Samsung's beta support team directly for assistance.
