So you made an $800+ purchase without doing any price comparisons,, and now you're turning around and blaming the vendor? That's rather odd.
I'm not sure what you want T-Mobile to help you with. Do you want to return the phone? Do you want them to tell you who sells the phone cheaper? It seems to me you've made your decision, and can either return the phone within the 14-day window, or keep it.
Am I missing something here?

Ongoing example how the problem is no fault of the consumer anymore and expects all this with to be done for them and then getting upset with retailers when they don't.

I'm trying to find is there a way t mobile would do the price via bill credit or something?

I can't speak for T-Mobile (this is primarily a user to user forum), but I think the chances of your getting a credit are about zero. You bought a product at the advertised price and T-Mobile does not have a price matching policy.
As I said before, it seems to me that your choice are to keep the phone (sans any price matching credit) or return it (and possibly incur restocking fees).
