Sorry that it's not working correctly. Can you tell you tell us more about how you setup DIGITS app and the devices that you are using? Also what lines are you using in which devices? This will help figure out what is going on and how we can help you get it all working

Thanks for the reply! I have my s6 edge plus (primary) and using my old s5
from different carrier (sprint) with Digits. I receive texts and able to
send it as well but for some when I try to make a call it gives me an
automatic massage saying my account cannot be validated. Call logs shows
when I have a missed call or when there new voice messages.

I apologize for the delay, and I appreciate the updated information. I'm curious, since you're using the S6 Edge+, did you activate the line through the multi-line settings within the device as opposed to downloading the app? I'm also curious, do you have both a virtual and a duplicate? The calling issue is on both devices or just one? Finally, if we need more info, could we send you a personal message to gather the details?
